Warranty Terms

1) Perceleris Performance Electronics warrants that its Engine Control Unit Kits (ECU) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any defective part based on Perceleris Performance Electronics criteria, and does not cover any consequential damages arising from the use or installation of the product. Please note that the warranty will not cover any problems arising from electrical issues, improper installation, misuse, abuse, or any other cause not related to defects in materials or workmanship.

2) Perceleris Performance Electronics reserves the right to inspect and test the ECU kit to determine the cause of any problems and whether the warranty applies.

3) The ECU  includes a warranty seal that must remain intact for the warranty to be valid. If the seal is broken, the warranty will be considered void.

4) If a warranty claim is made and it is determined that the ECU kit has been used with an ignition module from another vendor, the warranty will be considered void.

5)  If the client needs to return the ECU kit for warranty service, the client must obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number from Perceleris Performance Electronics before returning the product. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

6) Perceleris Performance Electronics will make every effort to repair or replace the ECU kit in a timely manner. However, due to the complexity of the product and the nature of the repair or replacement required, there may be delays in the repair or replacement process.

7) Perceleris Performance Electronics does not offer refunds for any products sold.

8) All shipping charges associated with warranty claims will be the responsibility of the client.

9) The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the ECU kit.

10) If a warranty claim is made, the client must provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem.

11) The warranty does not cover any damage resulting from natural disasters, accidents, fire, theft, or any other events beyond the control of Perceleris Performance Electronics.

12) Any repairs or replacements made under warranty will not extend the original warranty period.

13) The client is responsible for ensuring that the ECU kit is installed and used properly, in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and all applicable laws and regulations.

14) If a warranty claim is made and it is determined that the ECU kit is not covered by the warranty, the client will be responsible for all costs associated with repair or replacement of the product.

15) Any ignition module or other accessories sold by Perceleris Performance Electronics have a three (3) month warranty period from the date of purchase.
