Perceleris Performance Electronics products are not intended for use in vehicles that are subject to emissions control regulations. The installation and use of our products on vehicles that are subject to emissions control regulations may violate local, state, and federal laws.

Perceleris Performance Electronics is not responsible for any damages, injury, or penalties that may result from the installation and use of our products on vehicles driven on public roads or highways. The client assumes all responsibility and liability for the installation, use, and operation of our products.

We do not assume any responsibility or liability for any personal or material damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from the use of our products.

By purchasing and/or using our products, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this disclaimer, and releases Perceleris Performance Electronics from any responsibility or liability for any personal or material damage arising from the use of our products.

Furthermore, the client acknowledges that aftermarket performance parts may void the manufacturer’s warranty on the vehicle. It is the client’s responsibility to verify the manufacturer’s warranty and to assume all responsibility and liability for any warranty claims that may arise.

Lastly, the client acknowledges that the installation and use of aftermarket performance parts may affect the safety and reliability of the vehicle. It is the client’s responsibility to verify the safety and reliability of the vehicle and to assume all responsibility and liability for any damages, injuries, or accidents that may result from the installation and use of our products.
