Working Hours and Response Time
Our support team is available to assist you Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm, excluding U.S. holidays. While we strive to respond to all support inquiries as quickly as possible, our maximum response time is 24 hours. Please note that response times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and the volume of support inquiries we receive.
Warranty Period and Support
It’s important to note that our support services are only available during the one-year warranty period of the device. Once the warranty expires, the support expires as well. If you need support after the warranty period has expired, you may be able to purchase additional support services from us.

Once your engine has started, the responsibility for tuning the ECU tables lies with you as the client.
